Celebrate at The Great New York State Fair
New Corporate Outings Program invites you and your company to celebrate your special occasions with a day at The Fair!
Is your company looking for a unique and memorable experience this summer? Perhaps a family-friendly summer picnic, celebrating a significant milestone, or looking for fun ways to foster employee bonding and inspire collaboration? Let New York State’s expert event hosts take the planning off your plate, and help you fill your plates with food, fun, and great memories at The Great New York State Fair this summer.
- The Great New York State Fair is consistently ranked among the Top Five state fairs in the country delivering 13-days of family fun, delicious food, and beverage options, as well as top-quality entertainment and agricultural fun!
- This year, The Fair begins August 21 and continues through Labor Day, September 2. Attendance varies between 40,000 people and 120,000 every day to attract up to 1 million people during its 13-day run.
Corporate Sponsorship offers the opportunity to enjoy the best that The Fair has to offer from a unique “behind the scenes” perspective, while increasing your company’s visibility; Being featured at the state’s biggest event puts your company’s assets on display too.- By reserving a day through the program, your company will have exclusive access to over 5,000 square feet of premier event space at The Exposition Center. This grants you, employees, and your family members the ability to make this your home base for the day, coming and going at your leisure to explore The Fair’s offerings. The dedicated space is yours for the whole day from 9am–9pm, providing you with private access to unique exhibits in The Expo Center one hour before the building opens to the general public. You will also have two contracted security staff, plus The Fair will set up picnic style tables for all of your guests – it can accommodate up to 1,000 people!
- Enhance your outing by purchasing a catering package, or selecting from one of the delicious Fair food vendors. A combination of both of these food options would allow your guests the convenience of catered food and beverages, and the ability to choose from their favorite Fair delicacies.
- Purchasing ride tickets will also bring the magic of The Midway to life for your young companions – or those that are a kid at heart!
